With all of the fears about the COVID19 pandemic, I have decided to put out some ‘at home’ workouts for everyone to use in case they are a bit nervous about coming into the gym.
I have tried to structure these so that they can be done with NO EQUIPMENT (but you will need to be able to perform some ‘pulling’ movements so ‘something’ to do pull-ups on is going to be needed).
This is the first one:
Warm-up: 5 minutes Skipping
10 rounds 5x Pull-ups 10x Push-ups 15x Sit-ups 20x Squats 5 minutes Skipping Cool down stretch or Yoga sequence. |
