On top of the Home Workout series, I thought I *might* try to put up some mobility and body ‘care’ videos…I have been following a mobility program for a few years now (by following, I mean I pay the subscription and never do the workouts!) called ‘TheReadyState’ – you can get a free trial for it here: https://thereadystate.com/trial/ – with the idea that if I spend a bit of time looking after myself I will perform better and then get ‘BETTER’ results.
Anyway, I do it sometimes. And of all the things on there I have tried over the years, this one is my absolute favourite – it takes 10-minutes, it gets my biggest niggling trouble spot (lower back), and it doesn’t require some of the co-ordination that some of the other movements need so I don’t feel TOO stupid when I am doing it.
