Post workout it’s recommended to have a serve of protein (25g) and re uptake carbs ( in general 1g per kg of bodyweight)
So if you weigh 60kg. After a workout you could have 25g of protein (a protein shake), and 60g of carbs! (That’s like 38 haribo gummy bears, or 2 bananas, or a small bag of snakes). So if you’re really struggling with a sweet tooth.
