Take a look at Coach Paul’s easy go to “Granola Plus” breakfast. Paul has this ready to go every morning.
RECIPE:
Mix two types of granola together and place on a baking tray.
Add a tablespoon of LSA and Psyllium Husk.
Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil over the tray.
Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon or 4 drops of maple syrup.
Bake at 180 degrees for 10 Mins then take out and leave to cool.
IN A CONTAINER ADD:
1-2 true protein scoops (size) of hemp seeds, goji berries, coconut flakes, trail mix and the cooled granola.
Mix all ingredients in the container and add some fresh fruit and Coconut Yoghurt.
