    COVID Lockdown#4 – Round 1 @ Home – Workout 2, July 1st 2021

    Today’s workout is in two-parts:

    Part#1:  Cardio Challenge

    Part#2:  Core

    We’re back in lock-down so the ‘At Home’ Training series is back.  Today is all about the CARDIO.  I would like for you guys to take the running option if you can – we don’t get to do much of it in the gym and these 40m sprint efforts are 100% manageable.
    For those of you who take the Body Weight option, remember the choice of exercise is YOURS!
