    COVID Lockdown#3 – Round 1 @ Home – Workout 5, April 28th 2021

    Today’s workout is a simple Interval session – you have 2x options:

    Option#1:  Running (It’s SPICY)

    Option#2: Bodyweight (also SPICY!)

    Good news – today we have a guest video presenter…KIREI!  So be sure to check the link as Kizzy explains what’s on the plan for Wednesday April 28th.  You have two choices today – 5x rounds of a running circuit OR 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of a 4-exercise circuit.
