Today’s workout is in 2-parts:
I would describe today as awesome FUN! We kick it off with a 20-minute circuit where we get to skip, do pushups, abs (v-sits or variant) AND some split jumps (aka everyone’s favourite!). Really looking forward to this tomorrow.
The strength is challenging and includes split grip pushups and partial squats and pull-up negatives – all tough exercises that are SURE to make you better!
