Today’s workout is in 2-parts:
Part#1: Workout – Option of Running or Body-Weight
I would suggest you check the video HERE for all of the details…there are a couple of things to get your head around including the run vs body-weight option as well as how to execute each of the 3x core exercises.
If you are running today, be sure to do a little bit of running + high knees in your warm-up. The key thing to manage – run or body-weight – is the rest period. The rest period does NOT necessarily increase as volume increases as we really up the challenge.
When it comes to the core, be sure to check the video for dead-bug technique…and if you haven’t done Copenhagens before, well, the answer for them is in the video as well!
