I would suggest you check the video HERE for all of the details…but ultimately this one is pretty simple.
Finish your warm-up then set your timer for 30-minutes. Work through the circuit as many times as possible during that time (remember, you will need to be able to see the timer to measure your bridge). Each ‘circuit’ takes around 5-6 minutes so you are challenged to try and complete SIX ROUNDS!
