Today’s workout is in 2-parts:
I would suggest you check the video HERE for all of the details…the thing to check/understand will be the Shuttle run (if you run vs skip) and the Kneeling Clapping Pushups in the strength element.
Do a general warm-up then set your timer for 20-minutes. Today we are utilising the “Integrated Circuit Training” model to do some bodyweight work alongside some cardio – the challenge is to complete 8x rounds in the allotted 20-minutes. To achieve this, you really need to hustle with those burpees – everything else is pretty straight forward.
With the strength work, these KCP’s (Kneeling, Clapping Pushups) are incredibly taxing. For anyone out there who decides to do them all on their toes – well…I wish you well…it is programmed on knees for a reason but you should 100% do you!
