    COVID Lockdown#3 – Round 1 @ Home Strength – Workout 6, April 30th 2021

    Once again, what can I say?  there is NO REASON for anyone to be losing strength and fitness during this lockdown – follow the programming and we will roll out of this in great shape together!

    An awesome workout today with some cool exercises to work through.  We have banded flyes, z-press, side-2-side press, banded press and hand supported v-sits (over a target).  Get into it!

    It’s an awesome session and will really help you push forwards…getting fitter, faster and stronger gym or no gym!
