Once again, what can I say? there is NO REASON for anyone to be losing strength and fitness during this lockdown – follow the programming and we will roll out of this in great shape together!
We kick today off with a little yoga warmup – presented by guest presenter Kirei on the Video Link. From there, today is all about letting your legs recover from yesterday’s sprints and building that upper-body.
