    COVID Lockdown#2 – Round 1 @ Home – Workout 5, Feb 5th 2021

    Today’s workout is in 3-parts:
    – Warmup + 2x Conditioning efforts (1 is 8mins, the other 16mins).

    Check the video HERE for all of the details – there are some trickier movements today (and a big strength challenge) so you really need to be prepared to ‘push hard’ if you want to finish this one!

    Conditioning 1 – Running then an Upper-Lower-Abs Split.  The Plyo split squats SHOULD leave your legs on fire if you do them to full depth.

    Conditioning 2 – This workout is an abridged (from 20-mins down to 16) version of the Body Weight Plus ‘Sunday Challenge’ that has been running all through January – and it features 2x MAX effort upper body efforts.  Again, be sure to check the video HERE for all of the details and demos!

    There is 27 minutes of ‘WORK’ here, so start to finish maybe pushing 32-33 minutes with a couple of minutes prep between activities?  Good luck!
