    COVID Lockdown#2 – Round 1 @ Home – Workout 4, Feb 4th 2021

    Today’s workout is in 4-parts:
    – Warmup, 2x Conditioning blocks and an abs challenge.

    Make sure you check your watch for the warmup – the idea with the running/skipping efforts is that you pick up the pace from round to round.

    Conditioning 1 – Pretty straight forward alternating body weight circuits – 14 minutes total.  Check the video if you are uncertain on the split jumps.

    Conditioning 2 – Only 3-rounds here but hopefully it ‘finishes you off’ – really push hard on the skipping and work those tuck-ups!

    I love this little abs workout – I have been doing it for > 20 years…prob closer to 30 actually.  Check the video for the Oblique Situps and RFL’s!

    Again – about 30-minutes effort!  Good Luck!
