    COVID Lockdown#2 – Round 1 @ Home – Workout 3, Feb 3rd 2021

    Today’s workout is in 4-parts:
    – Simple EMOM workout – Pushups, Squats and Skipping.

    2x Cardio efforts – please check the video for these.  The first part involves some ‘shuffles’ so be sure you know what’s what before you start.  Then into an 8-minute ‘as many reps as possible’ (AMRAP) style workout…cardio game is strong today!

    -Some abs to finish – an accumulation challenge today so be sure to check the video for ‘how’ and let us know on social how many sets it took you (particularly if that number is ONE!).

    I think about 30 minutes work today depending on how much rest you take during the ‘shuffles’.
