Today’s workout is in 3-parts:
– Warmup – Be sure to check the video if you are unclear on how to do the Good Mornings or Kang Squats
-6-Rounds of a strength set featuring Sumo Deadlifts, Plyometric Bulgarians and Shin Hops
– 3-rounds of a 30-secs work/30-secs rest mixed mode/upper-lower circuit.
Around 35-40 minutes work all up. Good Luck!
