This is the workout for Week 7, Day 4.
The horror of ‘Lunge to Press’ is back in the program today. These feature in more of a conditioning type program element – there isn’t much in terms of ‘pure’ strength focus in today’s session as we focus more on full-body movements and muscular endurance training.
