Every day this week we will kick things off with our ‘Fighters Warmup’ – 12-minutes of skipping and body-weight exercises. Day 5 seems to have been a tough day throughout the program – and today is no exception. We have 2x conditioning blocks (both upper-lower splits) and follow that with an upper body focussed strength triplet.
