Every day this week we will kick things off with our ‘Fighters Warmup’ – 12-minutes of skipping and body-weight exercises. Today is also our second attempt at the 20-minute challenge – our aim today is to complete ‘more’ reps than we did on Monday. Don’t ‘race’ though – we want quality reps throughout.
