Hey Team,
Every day this week we will kick things off with our ‘Fighters Warmup’ – 12-minutes of skipping and body-weight exercises. Once done, it is into some core work then our main strength set is some volume partial squats. It all finishes off with some tabata upper body work – both push and pull movements.
