Hey Team,
Our primary training set today is BACK FOCUSSED – Bentover Rows (Paused), Dynamic Around the Worlds (very challenging) and overhead press out of a kneeling split stance. This is followed by some core work – there has been a great core focus throughout this program – before finishing up with 5x rounds of conditioning/Jacked St work…horri-bubble!
I’m really pleased with the way this programming has come together – please be aware though that the final conditioning component of today’s workout really does need a weight of around 10kg rather than the 25kg limestone block I have for my workouts…I really would recommend you find something a bit lighter for the running component (NOT for the thrusters – use full weight for that) portion of this session.
