Our workout today is ‘THE WORST’ – a horrid/horrible/terrible/disgusting leg set with alternating paused box-squats (3 sec pause) and 400m runs. For those who recall, this is reminiscent of the old ‘Spinning to the 4th cycle of Hell’ TANKS workout which split bike efforts and squat variations.
Once this is done, we will be doing some more upper body volume work with Deficit Pushups and Skull Crushers.
This is probably the shortest workout in terms of duration but one of the hardest re-intensity!
