    At Home Strength – Week 1, Day 5

    Hey Team,

    Week#1, Day FIVE of ‘AT HOME STRENGTH’ is out there for everyone who is looking to BE FASTER, STRONGER and BETTER by the time the gym re-opens.  And you don’t need ‘fancy’ gear (you know, like a barbell – though you can use one if you have one) – all you need is a Limestone Block and a kick-arse attitude!
    Here’s the Demo Video:

    Don’t be (completely) fooled by me labelling this the ‘STRENGTH program’ – we do some conditioning in ALL of our programs and in today’s strength session we have a split strength-core-conditioning phase, a ‘pure’ conditioning phase and lastly a muscular endurance circuit.

    I can’t wait to do this one – it really feels like an old school training session and it is going to be so much fun!!
