Hey Team,
Don’t be (completely) fooled by me labelling this the ‘STRENGTH program’ – we do some conditioning in ALL of our programs and in today’s strength session we have a split strength-core-conditioning phase, a ‘pure’ conditioning phase and lastly a muscular endurance circuit.
I can’t wait to do this one – it really feels like an old school training session and it is going to be so much fun!!
