    At Home Strength – Week 1, Day 3

    Hey Team,

    Week#1, Day THREE of ‘AT HOME STRENGTH’ is out there for everyone who is looking to BE FASTER, STRONGER and BETTER by the time the gym re-opens.  And you don’t need ‘fancy’ gear (you know, like a barbell – though you can use one if you have one) – all you need is a Limestone Block and a kick-arse attitude!

    Oh yeah – for anyone wondering what “20m” is with regard the pullovers, well:

    1/.  You clearly haven’t watched the video!

    2/.  It’s OBVIOUSLY supposed to be 12.  I mean, seriously!

    3/.  You can’t get good help these days!  🙂
