    #800gChallenge – It all starts Monday (and it is for EVERYONE!!)

    Hey Team,

    We have our #800gChallenge® kicking off on Monday – and you might not know this but is actually DESIGNED so that you can ‘FAIL’…or at least indulge in an indiscretion (or two…or three)!  While you wont get points for eating donuts (or drinking beer) – and donuts (and beer!) are not associated with health – this challenge isn’t about PERFECTION…it is just about eating 800 grams of fruits and veggies each day…outside of that, you can do WHATEVER you want!

    I would really love to see as many people as possible jumping on board this one – it is a FREE challenge and it is 100% food focussed…and if we can focus on one thing right now, it might as well be getting some great food habits in place whilst the gym is closed so we will all be rocking and rolling when it opens back up and life returns to ‘normal’.
