My Goals

Lose final body fat and tone up. Plus stay fit and find a good routine.

Training

I train at 6AM. Obviously the most dedicated people train at 6AM - especially in winter!  It really is a great way to start the day, and when you work late like I do it can be very hard to make night sessions.

First Class

Excited going in. Vomited coming out. I think there were only two of us back in those early days!

Most memorable class

The day Mike found the ab wheel. Followed closely by the time we did 300 chest presses in a body work class.

Favourite exercise

Ring Push ups. Tough, fun, core, chest and arms. What’s not to love?

Most hated exercise

Med ball lunges. Lunges suck, holding a 6 kg ball above your head does not make it better. There is no way to cheat. Just wait till no one’s looking.

Advice to share

It tough but fun so don’t forget to enjoy it. Results don’t happen over night it took me 7 years to get to where I wanted.
