My Goals

To not throw up or pass out in any session.  Almost made it too.  :-).  And to get fit.

Training

9:15am.  I like to get it out of the way so that I can drink beer in the afternoons.

First Class

I was very scared.  There were a lot of very big men - 5 of whom vomited in the first 5 minutes.  I didn't so I felt really good.

Most memorable class

Last Thursday.  1 minute rounds but there were goals for each station and you couldn't move on until the goal was reached.  Very hard.  Really good.

Favourite exercise

Mountain climbers (I can do them), shields (I can reach them) and speedball (I can hit them).

Most hated exercise

BIKE. I am too short to do the bike.
